Becky Nodding

Becky NoddingNatural Nutritionist (RHN) | Certified Raw Food Chef | Reiki Master | PSYCH-K® | Holoenergetics® | Matrix Energetics® Facilitator

Becky was born in the beautiful heritage town of Lunenburg NS Canada on a cold winter Monday morning a few short decades ago and grew up with an insatiable hunger for anything ‘outside the box’. This quest lead her to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition which stirred a sleeping passion for healthy food and creative fun wholesome living.

Since living in Asia for the past 7 years Becky continues to explore, learn and share new (to her anyway) beliefs, ideas and skills within permaculture, raw food preparation, meditation and mindful living.

Supporting and guideing mothers/fathers, dancers, teachers, wives/husbands, dog walkers, writers, entrepreneurs, taxi drivers … from all corners of the earth and all age groups, in finding and maintaining their unique truthful balance in a safe, supportive family-like environment is a dream career for her. On her days off you can find her trying a new yoga pose, experimenting in the kitchen or knee high in a veggie patch.

Lola Taylor

Bachelor of Health Science – Naturopathy

Lola grew up in Tasmania-Australia. Raised by parents who lived off the land and practised the art of natural living, Lola pursued her passion for food as medicine by completing her Bachelor Degree in Naturopathy.

Her empathic nature led her to pursuing a career that offered holistic practices to people needing physical, emotional and spiritual guidance. Working in Naturopathic clinics throughout Australia, Lola always felt there had to be more she could offer to help empower others to make healthy lifestyle choices and experience their own inherent ability to heal themselves. This sparked Lola’s desire to work in retreat centres focused on detoxifying the whole body – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Travelling around South East Asia opened her eyes to the healing practices of Eastern traditions and the more relaxed and simplified way of living.  This gave her the desire to work overseas, in a country that embraced healing, which led her to the spiritual and cultural heart of Bali – Ubud.

You will find Lola around the retreat centre giving one on one sessions, workshops and joining in on the morning exercise classes of yoga or rice paddy walks. She is passionate and dedicated to offer advice and support whenever guests require it on their healing journey.
