When it comes to being passionate and excited about experimenting with delicious healthy food, maintaining a balanced lifestyle and traveling the globe in search of truth and inspiration, Kate Reardon is living it. Her interest in the health industry saw Kate graduate with two Bachelor Degrees in Health Science specialising in Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine.

By fusing this knowledge along with her continual studies in the field of traditional medicine and combining her simple love of food, spirituality and mind body medicine, Kate set out in search of trying to find the most dynamic way of helping people achieve wellness in their lives.

This journey which started in South America has led her to Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, England and Indonesia in pursuit of helping people transform their lives on a physical, emotional and spiritual level to achieve complete health and happiness.

Whether it is running retreats, one on one consultation, presenting webinars and seminars, writing articles or working in the media; her consistent passion for the wellness industry and her own personal journey enables Kate to reach out, inspire and create change in people’s lives.

Hearing about and meeting people who have achieved the unthinkable & conquered the impossible. Everyday heroes who are brave enough to follow their own dreams & surrender to their heart’s desires.

Do what you love and love what you do. Hold your face towards the sunshine and let the shadows fall behind you.

What do you love most about your job?
Listening to people’s stories & watching them go through personal transformations to realize who they are and what they are capable of.
What’s your #1 health tip?
Make sure you have a rainbow of colours on your plate & eat mindfully. Do something that makes you smile everyday, laughter is by far the best medicine.
