The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words – Rei which means “Universal or Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy”.
Reiki sessions balance the human energy fields or auras and energy centres or chakras so the body’s healing system can function optimally. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Interested in taking Reiki home with you? Fantastic, once you are attuned to the Reiki energy you are always attuned whether you consciously call upon the energy or not. So therefore enhances all forms of body, mind, heart or spiritual practices.
For Attunements in Reiki Level 1, 2 or 3 obviously in-person is the only option.
