…Our aim is not to weigh our guests down with large amounts of ‘fine print’ paperwork; as such Natural Instinct Wellbeing conditions are substantially less than other retreat venues, nonetheless they are industry standard.

The entirety of our business relies on providing a safe and supportive space for our guests to rest and heal – so in no way do our policies jeopardise the provision of this; rather we are following industry standard requirements as advised to us.


PROGRAM POLICIES – You, the client, agree that:

The personal information provided to Natural Instinct Wellbeing (the Group of companies been Natural Instinct Healing Pty Ltd; Natural Instinct Enterprises Pte. Ltd.; and PT. Natural Instinct Healing) is true to the best of my knowledge.

I authorise my consultation fee and treatment remedies to be paid directly to Natural Instinct Wellbeing, and recognise the program is NON-REFUNDABLE once I have started the program.

I will advise Natural Health Practitioners accordingly if any changes are made to my prescribed medications.

I understand that failure to disclose all medical and psychological conditions could mean termination of my program at any point in time.

I give my permission for my health history to be kept on file for the purpose of natural health care planning and prescribing.

To the best of my ability all the information I have/will provide to Natural Instinct Wellbeing during consultations is true and an accurate representation of my health.

I understand that I am the one responsible for my own health whilst on the program and practitioners are here to support me only.

I understand that Natural Instinct Wellbeing’s programs may not be suitable for guests with certain conditions, and failure to disclose details regarding the conditions outlined below prior to booking may result in the termination of the booking (and subsequent loss of funds as outlined within the cancellation policy). Conditions including, but not limited to:

Pregnancy/Breast Feeding; Diabetes; Blood Sugar Imbalances; Colon Disease; Heart Disease; Mental Illness; Eating Disorders; Depression; and/or other conditions of relevance to your current health and wellbeing.

I understand that Natural Health practitioners are not medical Doctors, and “Natural Instinct Wellbeing” is not a medical practice.

I acknowledge that Natural Instinct Wellbeing are not performing the program content required of our clients; but are instead the supplier of accommodation, support, and axillary services at the client’s request.

I agree that Natural Instinct Wellbeing will not be liable to the client in respect to any damage, loss or injury of whatsoever nature or kind, however caused, whether by our negligence, or the negligence of one of our workers, their servants or agents or otherwise, which may be suffered or incurred, whether directly or indirectly, in respect of the services provided under these conditions of assignment.



To join the retreat all guests must have travel insurance. Be sure that your travel insurance covers you for ‘trip cancellation’ and anything else you feel may be necessary (e.g. Volcanic Ash activity) – this is your own responsibility.



Bookings are held with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Full Balance of your retreat monies is due no less than 30 days before commencement date of your retreat. If booking is made closer than 30 days, full payment is due on booking. If the full balance is not received within 30 days prior to your retreat date Natural Instinct Wellbeing reserve the right to cancel your booking and make the room available to other guest enquiries.

If you cancel your trip, Natural Instinct Wellbeing does not offer refunds. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within 12 months of your original retreat date, subject to room availability. We will also gladly transfer your credit to another guest to join on your original retreat date.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your deposit may be applied as credit to another Retreat.
  • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your deposit payment(s) may be applied as credit to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of your deposit.
  • If you cancel 30 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your deposit payment(s) may be applied as credit to another Retreat. You will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
  • If you cancel 29 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit the entire amount paid i.e. the full retreat amount, as the full balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to your arrival to the retreat centre.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. The reasoning for the policies above is that as soon as you secure your room it becomes unavailable for another potential client – which impacts upon our client bookings. We hope you understand.



While program cancellations are extremely rare, if Natural Instinct Wellbeing must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.

Natural Instinct Wellbeing is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat – such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Your travel insurance will cover any potential losses.
