2 bunches of parsley – chopped
1 bunch of cilantro – chopped
3 green onions – sliced
1 small onion – chopped
3 cloves of garlic – chopped
2 tomatoes – chopped
2 tomatoes – diced
½ cup hemp seed (if desired)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Wash all vegetables and trim off stems of parsley and cilantro.
2. Place parsley and cilantro in food processor and chop. Then place it in a large mixing bowl.
3. Next, chop onion, garlic, and tomatoes in food processor and dice the remaining tomatoes; then add
it to mixing bowl.
If desired add in hemp seed.
4. In a small bowl mix lemon, honey, cayenne, and salt to make a dressing.
Once mixed pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Now it is ready to serve and to be enjoyed!

This is one of my favorite recipes for gentle cleansing and boost of energy. Parsley and cilantro are
both amazing, powerful cleansing herbs. Cilantro helps strengthen and cleanse our liver, while parsley
strengthen and cleanses our kidneys. Add these two babies together and it allows our body to cleanse
out toxins and inflammation and at the same time giving us a dose of clarity, inspiration, and motivation.
