This one is a favourite for retreat guests in Bali on our Superfood Cleanse program. Super yummy and super quick to whip up! It is a soup best served cold, so all you need is a blender and a few basic ingredients outlined below.

It is especially great for a liquid meal in the middle of a warm day. Just having one liquid meal a day will have some great health benefits for the body, as it gives the digestion system a chance to rest, and the body to utilise the excess energy to work on healing other parts of your body (rather than continually digesting foods). This is one of the key principles to our Superfood Cleanse retreats in Bali.

Red Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients:

Young coconut water or purified water – 1 cup   

Macadamia nuts – ½ cup

Red bell pepper / Red capsicum – 2 cup chopped

Sea salt – ¼ tsp

Honey – ½ tsp

Paprika powder – ½ tsp

Coconut oil – 1 tsp

Cayenne powder – pinch

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
