So many of us have experienced trauma in our past. Even if we’ve sought help for these traumas, there can be triggers or moments where it can swallow us up all over again. There’s no shame in that. In fact, we can learn from these reoccurrences of pain, and use it to fuel our resilience. Everyone is a work in progress.
