How we respond to life is our choice.  It is up to us to determine the quality of our experiences and keep our perspectives framed through a lens os love and generosity.

This session of Your Space is the partner for episode 26 of Lean In: Compassion; Finding peace and resilience through our suffering with Abdullah Sawari.

We never can truly know what is happening in the life experience of others, likewise no one can ever fully understand everything we experience in our own minds, bodies, hearts and souls.  That is why now more than ever it is crucial that we lead with tender compassion towards each other and most importantly, towards ourselves.
