Acceptance is an easy thing to do when what you are faced with requires little change or perspective change. It is only in situations when you are faced with grief beyond what you think you can handle, or a perspective so alien to your own that you instantly reject it.

However, it is in these tougher to handle areas of acceptance that we truly know what we are capable of achieving and handling. 

In this accompaniment to episode 6 of ‘Lean In’, I will be your guide through intuitive and easy meditations, emotional processes, guided visualisations and the occasional blunt truth to get your body realigned, your mind relaxed and your soul stirred.
